yoga & meditation personal practice classes

Once you are comfortable with your personal yoga program you are ready to attend one of the classes where under the guidance of the teacher you can go deeper into your practice.Classes include asanas (stretches), breathing practices , relaxation and meditation.

individual yoga sessions and small group classes where the yoga teacher /therapist creates a personalised program for the client. Suitable for everyone. Applications include - weight loss, helps in recovery from illness, muscle or joint injuries, stress management,  depression or anxiety.

Meditation is a relaxing process where the mind is focused on a single point of concentration. This point of concentration may include the breath, a mantra, or a candle. Meditation leads to a significant sense of peace and welbeing.
